Inspired by family history and passion for pasta, Adamo Pavirani was curious to see what could be possible with a little imagination – just like a white canvas to a painter.
His parents came from Italy and brought their love for pasta with them, establishing a pasta shop in Sydney, in which Adamo worked while growing up.
In 2007, he established Adamo’s Pasta, a small takeaway shop in Rosebery, New South Wales. Since then the company has grown in popularity, leading to the opening of a retail store with a dining area.
For Adamo, the business is all about love, passion and tradition.
“We are aware the culinary world is changing and that food is losing its quality and taste due to mass production and poor quality ingredients,” said Adamo.
“We don’t follow this trend, as Italians cook and eat for pleasure and enjoyment, to share with their family and friends. Our production is based on traditional methods of making pasta and sauces.”
Adamo’s Pasta is a ‘One Stop Pasta Shop’ – a manufacturer, retailer and a restaurant. You can dine in and enjoy the pasta and sauces or purchase fresh and frozen products to cook yourself at home.
Adamo’s Pasta Restaurant is located on 725 Botany Road, Rosebery and is open six days a week from Monday to Saturday. The products are also stocked in delis, grocery shops, restaurants, cafes and hotels in Sydney, Canberra and the Snowy Mountains. You can check out their website for a full list of stockists.
