Transport yourself to the coast of Italy with this citrus cocktail, made using 2017 Champion Liqueur, The Italian, Adelaide Hills Distillery.

40ml The Italian Bitter Orange
20ml Martini Bianco vermouth
40ml Dal Zotto Pucino prosecco

Pour ingredients into an old fashioned glass over a large ice cube. Garnish with orange zest and a sprig of thyme.
