Featuring 2017 Champion Australian Distillery, Old Young's Pure No.1 Vodka, this is a zesty and refreshing citrus cocktail.
50ml Old Young's Pure No.1 Vodka
15ml verjuice
7.5ml raw sugar syrup (1:5:1 ratio, sugar and water)
Bitter lemon soda, to top
Lemon wedge
Large lemon thyme sprig
Pour vodka, verjuice and raw sugar syrup into a highball glass. Add ice cubes and top with bitter lemon soda.
Garnish with a lemon wedge and a sprig of lemon thyme.
