Ingredients
30ml Alchemy Citrus Vodka
15ml Domaine de Canton Ginger Liquer
25ml lemon juice
5ml house made lemongrass sugar syrup
Yuzu soda to top
Garnish
Lemongrass stalk, Vietnamese mint leaves
Glassware
Wine glass
Equipment
Jigger cocktail shaker, Hawthorne strainer, fruit knife
Method
Pour citrus vodka, ginger liqeur, lemon juice and lemongrass syrup into a shaker and shake well. Strain over cubed ice in a wine glass and top with yuzu soda. Garnish with lemongrass stalk and Vietnamese mint and serve
