Sugar Shed Under Proof Rum and Rum Liqueur products are now considered some of the best in the country after winning bronze for their various rums and rum liqueurs at the Australian Distilled Spirits Awards every year since 2015.

Tolpuddle Vineyard in Tasmania’s south faces north-east, and slopes gently up from Back Tea Tree Road. The location provides a spectacular backdrop for the mature Chardonnay and Pinot Noir vines growing on the property.

Shaun Byrne, Nick Tesar, Hugh Leech and Lauren Bonkowski, are Marionette, one of the country’s up-and-coming distilleries, creating classic liqueurs with an Australian twist.

Michael and Christie McLeod took over the Hazelbrae hazelnut farm in 2014, and have since become a must-visit agri-tourism destination in Northern Tasmania.
