Multi-award winning family owned business, Enigma Fine Chocolates, specialise in creating artisan style chocolate truffles, bars, dairy-free hot chocolate and unique items using high quality coverture chocolates from all around the world. Their fillings and toppings are determined by seasonality with a strong focus on using local produce from within the Canberra region and the surrounding areas.
They have been slowly growing the business by attending local markets and events, until finally being able to open up their own working studio in Lyneham. It is in their studio where their chocolates are exquisitely handmade, packaged and labelled to ensure they can share their passion with chocolate lovers from all around the country. Continuously growing, they have had many successes at the Australian Food Awards, including winning the Champion Australian Small Producer trophy in 2017.
