We Talk Smoke, Peaches, Beer and BBQ with Burnley Brewing and Fancy Hanks

Medal-winning producers Burnley Brewing and BBQ restaurant Fancy Hanks threw 25kgs of yellow peaches into a 2-tonne smoker ‘Puffing Billie’ to craft a new beer.

We chat with the brains behind this collab, Chloe from Burnley Brewing and Kasia of Fancy Hanks/Good Heavens to find out how they brought the smoked peach IPA “Peach Please” into Frui-t-ition.

Burnley Brewing received seven medals in the 2019 Australian International Beer Awards including silver for its New World Style Pale Ale and gold for label design. Fancy Hanks' Original BBQ Sauce was awarded a gold medal in the 2018 Australian Food Awards.
