Champion Large International Brewery
Firestone Walker Brewing Co.
California, USA

Funny how brothers settle things the old fashioned way. Try brothers-in law who own a brewery together. Adam, AKA The Bear and David AKA The Lion, may battle, epically at times, but at least neither ever forgets it’s for the epic love of beer. Formed in 1996 in Santa Barbara county and now with breweries in Paso Robles and Buellton, California. Firestone Walker Brewing Company is one of two brewers in the world to maintain a variation of the commercial-sized Burton Union system, a system of fermentation in oaken barrels.
